The 32nd IT&CM Asia and 27th CTW Asia-Pacific 2024, which will take place in Bangkok (October 24 to 26) will showcase innovations and global talent.

The Exhibition Hall will host a wide range of pavilions and booths from the different countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region – from hoteliers and aviation companies to National Tourism Organisations (NTOs), technology companies and Conventions & Exhibitions Bureaus (CVBs). Delegates can look forward to exploring cutting-edge technologies, ground-breaking innovations, and artistic creations across multiple sectors.

Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) will soon launch the Thailand MICE Visa Prepaid Card, crafted in partnership with Visa. Chiruit Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, President of TCEB, said that “this card is designed to offer MICE travellers exclusive privileges and special discounts at various partnering establishments, including shopping, dining, spa services, limousine services, and luggage storage. Additionally, we are showcasing 39 Thai exhibitors representing six stunning destinations: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Hua Hin, Samui, and Khao Lak. This includes 19 hotels, 4 venues, 1 DMC, and 1 association from Bangkok; 9 hotels and 3 DMCs from Phuket; 2 hotels from Khao Lak; and 1 hotel each from Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, and Samui".

There are some special zones to look out for during IT&CMA and CTW APAC, like the Singapore Pavilion (that will highlight Singapore’s leading advancements in technology and business, offering the opportunity to engage with top innovators and explore the nation's contributions to various industries); Tech and Engagement Zone (where attendees can engage in meaningful discussions with tech exhibitors, explore the latest advancements in technology and learn how to integrate these technologies into their business meetings or events); Sea & Air Zone (shining the spotlight on airlines and cruise industries, this zone brings key players together for focused business meetings, offering a comprehensive look at travel solutions that can elevate business events and conferences); and Corporate Zone (a hub where corporate entities showcase their products and services that are specially tailored for business events).
During IT&CM Asia and CTW APAC, the Tourism Promotion Board of Philippines will be hosting a sponsored luncheon, an exclusive event that promises to be a remarkable occasion for networking and engagement.

Key brands and destinations such as Meet Taiwan, TCEB, Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute, Macao SAR & Economic Development Bureau of Hengqin, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Singapore Expo will unveil their latest innovations. This is a front-row seat to the future of MICE, with insights and trends that could shape the next big idea.

The conference sessions are tailored for different buyers and delegates, offering invaluable insights from industry experts, about the future of events, with a focus on the advancement of AI applications and emerging trends reshaping the industry, the evolution of cruise tourism, the development of young leaders in the MICE and corporate travel industries, the benefits of inclusive practices, and how incentive travel has evolved into experiences that combine wellness and cultural immersion.
