Meliã continues expanding into Brazil

Meliã Hotels International is opening one more hotel in Brazil. The group presents the Meliá Ibirapuera, the twelfth hotel in São Paulo, a strategic market for the global positioning of the brand, as announced in a statement. With a total of 16 open stores and another seven in the opening process, Brazil is the South American country with the largest presence of the Meliá Hotels International Group.

Meliã Ibirapuera is the second opening this year, after the inauguration of TRYP Belo Horizonte last January. It is located in Avenida Ibirapuera and aims to appeal to the leisure and business segments. It is 4 stars unit, with 350 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, spa, fitness center and heated pool.
