ICCA and Gaining Edge organise sessions at IT&CMA

IT&CMA organisers unveil the first contents of the educational programme.

ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and Gaining Edge have been invited by IT&CMA organisers to host two sessions at the event. The ICCA will be responsible for the theme of leadership and the new generations. The session will take place on 25 September. “We are excited to collaborate with TTG to foster NextGen Leadership Exchange among MICE professionals & young leaders in an engaging and enjoyable manner, while working together to share innovative ideas for greater sucess”, says Waikin Wong, Regional Director of ICCA Asia Pacific.

Jane Vong Holmes, senior manager at Gaining Edge, will be giving a talk, also on 25 September, on how to introduce DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) into the events industry. She comments: “How do we truly integrate DEI initiatives to drive business events and experiences? We can start with small steps which lead to larger progress. And we can let people know what we’re doing, and invite them to be part of this”.
