The IT&CMA organizers have announced the Knowledge Session for this year’s edition. The opening keynote is called “Onwards and Upwards” and reflects on the past two years. The pandemic has motivated many changes for the better in the business events and travel industry, from expedited digitalisation of events to out-of-the-box destination experiences that focus even more on the local community. Now that we are on track to recovery, how are we bringing all our valuable lessons into the future – and what are we leaving behind?
The MICE Seminar I will deal woth “Organizational Changes and its Impact on Talent Management”. Talent management is the key area dedicated to recruiting, managing, creating, and maintaining the best and brightest workers in the industry. Talent management is critical to an organization’s corporate plan because it oversees one of the organization’s most valuable assets: its employees. The pandemic has brought about significant organizational changes which were critical for its sustenance in times of crisis.
“Meetings After COVID – How Conferences Have Changed And What’s In Store For The Future” is the theme of the MICE Seminar II. COVID 19 changed the outlook of the meetings industry completely. In this session we will consider the driving forces behind the economic recovery of the meetings industry in Asia and Covid’s impact on the meetings of the future.
This important MICE event will take place in Bangkok, 20-22 of September, and online, till the 28th.
