M&I takes LUXE, a new event for Luxury Incentives, to Lujo Bodrum

In the spectacular setting of the Lujo Resort Hotel, LUXE Bodrum, part of the LUXE by M&I series, is in full-swing and has brought 110 top-tier UK & EU buyers to the Turkish Riviera, to meet 100 luxury providers. This spectacular event and sun-filled destination, are opening up a plethora of opportunities for all stakeholders involved.
With 2024 being the 20th anniversary year of M&I, LUXE is a new event in the companies portfolio.
"LUXE is an event targeted on a specific niche, directly matching the needs of buyers and suppliers within the luxury Meeting & Incentive sector. Bodrum is our second European LUXE edition, which is proving to be a successful addition to our overall portfolio" said Elsa Harbourne, COO for M&I.
The LUXE team selected the Lujo Hotel, Bodrum, as the five-star base from which to connect buyers with some of the leading luxury and hospitality travel brands, such as the Ritz Carlton in Ras al Khayma to the Okura Hotel Amsterdam.
Mariana Shackleton, Senior Business Manager of Banff Lake Louise CVB, commented "As the next host of LUXE by M&I next year, LUXE Bodrum has delivered in terms of the number of buyer leads generated, whilst showcasing the destinations luxury portfolio. We hope to replicate this in Lake Louise in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Canada's first national park".
The Lujo Hotel's location upon the shores of the Aegean sea and within touching distance to Bodrum city centre, has meant that the M&I team can bring the hotel's experiential assets to the fore, from mixology and chocolate masterclasses to paddle-boarding and other watersports.
Easy access to the city means that delegates will explore Bodrum's culinary side, explore its ancient history, visit its vineyards, cruise its coastline and quite literally put themselves in the shoes of their clients, to be able to better plan their future events and incentives.

With temperatures in the mid 20s, evening dinners and partner showcases have been held beside pools or the shoreline. On that note, buyers and suppliers will be treated to a farewell gala event at the hotel's 'Puppet Arena' near to the waters edge.
Whilst on departure day, delegates will be taken to the skies by Seaplane for a unique expedition, which will provide the final luxury memory of their stay.
